Introducing Myself.

Its only been a couple of hours but I am back!

After fiddling around with my blog layout, I am absolutely flummoxed. This is where I need a quirky and loveable computer-obsessed friend/housemate/boyfriend/sibling to help me out. Unfortunately none of those are available, so I will persevere with my layout etc on another rainy day.

Despite having three exams coming up (wednesday-thursday-friday, ouch) I have struggled to revise this afternoon, instead dreaming about all the witty things I can nonchalantly post on here and previewing all the clothes I will be buying over the weekend (Zara and Urban Outfitters, I will see you soon).

Therefore I thought I would be productive and dedicate this post to an introduction. Despite the fact that the only people reading this will probably be my housemates, it seems the logical thing to do.

So - my name is Samantha, I am 21 and studying English Literature at Exeter.

I split my time between Devon and my real home in sunny Buckinghamshire.  Miraculously I have been able to pop yet another photo below of me outside my student house.

What do I do? As a student, I tend to spend a lot of my time fantasizing about travelling to exotic places, browsing fashion sites, reading reading reading (magazines, blogs, and my course texts) or dreaming about food that I most probably will never cook - unless it's a cake and I can use the excuse of a birthday.

My drink of choice is either a g&t or a bellini (accompanied by a blini and Madeleine Mckenzie) if I am feeling fancy, although during revision I have become worryingly addicted to cranberry red bulls (with absolutely no vodka).

My favourite book is probably Sylvia Plath's The Bell Jar, simply because it's nice to remember I'm not the only lady feeling crazy sometimes.

My music taste is simply too awful to post on the internet, likewise with my choice of TV programmes, which tend to be better suited to the over 65s.

I can't think of much else to divulge, so I will keep it short and sweet for now.
